Ticonderoga is the location of the second checkpoint for the ADIRONDAK 540. We no longer host the ful 540, but organize a one lap, 136 mile GRAN FONDO in June and use the parking lot of the Super 8 Motel/Walmart as our main rest stop. Aside from our ride, Ticonderoga is a great place to use as a launching pad for training or as a great location for an overnight on your way to or from Canada, Vermont, Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks.
